Multidimensional Music Meditation

Music is a powerful transmitter of energy and information. In Multidimensional Music Meditation, we will work with specially designed electronica to move beyond just listening and practice "becoming the music" thus assisting our DNA to receive and unlock new, evolved programming.

Over the next four weeks, we'll gather to explore different CD's in the Visionary Music catalog. Learn about and explore this phenomenal body of work which is life supporting and downright life-altering. But don't take my word for it; experience it for yourself! After our meditation/listening, we will have a period for sharing and discussion. This group will culminate in an optional live DNA.L2 series initiation event with the folks of Visionary Music in October.

Singing has a long list of well-documented health benefits. Toning is a form of singing that anyone can do. Lift your voice in free-form expression with others to generate well-being and peace for the greater benefit of our ever-evolving planet. These meditative gatherings are open to all levels of experience. Share your voice or just steep in the harmonics created by others.

The Redemption of Eve: Finding Our Voice. In the biblical tale of creation, the first female was beguiled by temptation with the question, “Do you want to be like God?” When Eve ate of the Tree of Knowledge, she bought into the assumption that she was not God, and as a result, her unique and sacred voice was corrupted. We are all Eve, still believing in and regurgitating so many lies of the fruit of Knowledge. How do we "redeem" ourselves and reclaim our ability to embody the Goddess and express Truth? We begin simply by shedding all that we are not and remembering who we are...in a language beyond words.

WORKSHOP SUNDAY ($20-25 sliding)
Voices of Eve: Expressing the Divine Feminine through Sounding. Vocal toning is a powerful practice that begins the lifelong process of expressing our deepest truth. Because toning is free form, even people who are uncomfortable singing can experience the joy and healing benefits of voicing safely and without fear. In this workshop, we will use group sounding to delve deeply into a mystical conversation with ourselves as Eve. Then in a sacred circle and sharing process, we will bring forth a message of inspiration for ourselves as we step into our Voice with a capital V.

Sound Work: What It Is, How It Works, and How to Use It

This experiential lecture introducing Sound Work focuses on the benefits of music and vocal toning as tools for developing the mind, body and spirit. Dielle Ciesco, transformational voice work specialist, shares foundational information anyone can put to use. The second hour is devoted to using music for personal acceleration, whatever your practice. CD's will be made available for purchase.

Singing Down Heaven

Each of us carries a unique spark of the Divine. Becoming aware of our
personal sound equates to remembering our true nature and is both healing and empowering. Learn to free your true voice and begin to manifest things differently. Find your heaven on earth.

In Harmony with Life

Music is a part of us, in the cadence of our voices, in the rhythms of our
heartbeats, in the dances of our relationships. Discord, whether
experienced as a harsh word or a situational upset in our lives, can throw
us off center resulting in conflict and illness. In this workshop, using voice
and movement, we will explore our inner vibration, restoring inner harmony and inoculating ourselves from worldly dissonance.

Toning for Bliss

Vocal toning is a powerful practice that, when done in a group, creates an ocean of delicious harmonics which alters our vibration catapulting us into higher states of consciousness and bliss. Come free your inner light with a meditative practice in sound that uses mudra and movement to help us enter an enchanted state.

Suitable for professionals, this workshop brings awareness to our patterns and habits of communication. By zeroing in on four important considerations, we find the heart of every interaction lies within intent. Engaging, interactive, and enlightening.
